You are invited to apply for performer status at the AUSGRASS 2010 section of the
Festival of the Falling Leaf Festival at Tumut, NSW.

Remuneration includes, free entry to all events, two nights accommodation, $100 traveling allowance per performer to a maximum of $500 per group or band. No other claims will be accepted or discussed.
It is the responsibility of the the group or performers to manage the sales of the groups merchandise at the venue/s.
In return the promoter would expect a minimum of two by fifty five minute sessions per band or group over the Saturday of the festival. The Saturday Events are to be video recorded and a DVD produced, this material remains the property of Ausgrass Events. Participating performers may obtain copies of this material to use as a Bio or to promote their musical career, in quantities of ten units at the cost of production. A Beta copy of this material will be made available one month prior to release, for comment and spelling errors and some alteration to content may be discussed. It remains the sole discretion of the promoter to alter the material in this production and acceptance of the opportunity to participate in the event represents an acceptance of these terms. All reasonable care and professional workmanship will be applied to the production process.
On receipt of this application you will be contacted by Ausgrass Events and your needs will be discussed and the number of vacancies remaining for paid performers will be outlined. Places are strictly limited, so if you are considering promoting your group, do not hesitate.
Vacancies close when we reach our 15 person limit.

Completion and acceptance of this form in no way expresses any intention to pay professional remuneration rates to selected performers, Ausgrass Events, as a not for profit business, simply recognizes that for a group or band to attend the Festival and advance their musical status there is attended costs. Our offer attempts to assist with these costs.
